We passionately believe that the future of cities and civilization is reliant on our ability to create meaningful work and living spaces that improve the quality of life both for those within them and those who interact with them.
We refuse to produce more of the same. Status quo is not in our vocabulary.
We are dreamers, changers, and creators, and we look beyond the status quo. We passionately believe that there is a better way to live. Tollo was created to help bring those ideas to life.
tolloists want something and need something more, something that aligns with their values. tolloists value experiences, relationships, inclusion, uniqueness, and belonging. We use these ideas and values to guide and direct all our decisions.
As champions of continuous growth and improvement, we always seek ways to improve inner city life. We live and work where we create, and we’re proud to offer a foundation to support the interaction and connectivity between the home and community. By bringing together the most creative partners – architects, designers, engineers, and arbiters of the new – we create living and work spaces that are beyond the status quo.
From our very beginnings, we have been motivated to support and give back to our communities. Tollo
Lifted. Raised. Elevated.
After six years of real estate development experience in Alberta and BC, the universe told Dan it was time to start from the ground up, literally. Dan holds a Bachelor in Management Degree from the University of British Columbia, majoring in Accounting and Finance. His finance and accounting background steered him towards the financial feasibility of projects.
Dan replied to the universe that he is all about marrying his sometimes-grandiose vision of development with the real-world metrics of financial prudence. His passion and energy come from the creation of meaningful spaces that instill vibrancy and energy in tollo communities. tollo is an opportunity and platform to raise the bar of inner-city real estate development.
Ian loves flexing his strategic muscles, with broad experience in the areas of finance, business development, international export, and marketing. tollo is a labour of love for him (significantly more love than labour), and he sees it as an opportunity to combine his favourite aspects of the worlds of design, architecture, urban development, community-building, and financial excellence.
Ian is an accomplished finance professional with over 24 years’ experience in executive and financial management positions. He has held board-level finance positions in public and private industry, and has worked in the energy and residential construction industries.
